FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Even though the meals are not provided for, the guests may use all the facilities which are available such as: fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, dishwashing machine, a big gas stove with oven, a big fridge, a freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery as well as the washing machine.
If requested we can provide for chefs to prepare special meals and local dishes as well as for the extra cleaning staff (fees need to be agreed upon).
All the bedding and towels are included in the price and if needed the baby cots can be provided for an extra charge of 25 € per week.
We also offer the following services and facilities:
a large surrounding park,
a swimming pool ( 16 x 7 metres), with deck chairs and beach umbrellas,
a playground for kids,
sporting facilities for tennis, soccer, volleyball, bowls,
table tennis, billiard, table football, walking paths, sauna, Satellite TV,
parking places and free WI FI connections.
There is the central heating. The following services are charged: final cleaning €. 22,00 per person (minimum €. 450,00); deposit €. 750,00 to paid with the final cleaning at the arrival in cash;
the electricity (€.0,45/kwh), gas (GPL) for kitchen and heating (€.4,00/MC.), water (€. 2,00/MC ), and wood for fire.

Bagnoregio (7 Km), Viterbo (20 KM), Celleno (3 Km), a Pratoleva (coffee bar and food 900 mt).
NEIGHBOURHOOD ATTRACTIONS AND DISTANCES:
Bagnoregio ( 7 km / 4,3 miles) ) with its world famous Civita di Bagnoreggio, a” dying city” with only 12 inhabitants all year round, Bolsena Lake (15 km/9 miles) with its crystal clear waters and sandy beaches, Viterbo (20 km/12 miles), the “Pope’s town”, one of the best preserved medieval towns of central Italy, Orvieto (29 km/ 17 miles), with its cathedral, Bomarzo (30 km/18 miles), with its mysterious and charming “Park of Monsters”, while Rome (90 km/56 miles) and Florence (140km/87 miles) can easily be reached by train.
